So i created this page because im still unsure what exactly my characters head will look like. I didn’t want to create a mask that is too imposing on his vision because he needs to see where he aiming. Also the mask shouldn’t be too heavy so he is still agile, because whats the point of making his torso and gear all light if his mask is really heavy and imposing. Ill focus on talking about the designs i like. Mask number 4 i really like because its threatening like some masks ive seen while doing my research and that is what you want in a war enviroment, threat. The user can sill see all around because his vision wont be imposed. Number 6 is cool because its a small mask and one eye is completely exposed but the other eye has a lens for zooming in on enemies and for a heads up display on critical information. Design number 8 is inspired by some bull horns but i wanted to make them flow with the shape of the head however i wanted to keep the mouth piece simple and the design is quite industrial. This mask again is threatening and doesn’t impose on the users vision. I like the look of design number 10 but i feel it could be a bit heavy for the user with all the weight in the nose of the mask but this could be altered with a different construction material. As im unsure which design to go with ive uploaded a jpeg to the modules Facebook page and hopefully some fellow students will give me some feedback to improve on the designs.

 

Update: From the feedback i got people like designs 3,6 because of the relation to the bow hunter theme however design 3 would be too intrusive they said.
