So when exploring colour palettes for my character i want to get the colours correct and that link to my character. So i cant go to bold like the African tribes clothing but i cant go too neutral like most post apocalyptic designs. So before i did anything i looked back at some African Tribe images to refresh my memory in what types of colours they generally wear. This is obviously dependant on the tribe but most of the images i found on pinterest or google have bold primary colours like the images above. 
I created the colour palettes below just as a guide mainly. I might slightly modify some colours to work together in the final design but these colour palettes are a great reference. Im liking the two right hand colour palettes. The top is bold but not too standard for example the purple isn’t bright and over powering, its harmonises well with the cyan. The bottom palette is more standard and is still bold due to the offset of the lime green to the blue but it isn’t as threatening in my opinion. Will stick with the top right palette for now but might adjust some colours later on.
